how to bake choco chip cookieY

Ingredients:

100gm

50gm

10gm
(choc chip finish liao XP)

1 pc (beaten)

1 table spoon
(we were so obessed wif choc that we substitute fresh milk wif choc milk)
(try low fat or skimmed milk for healthier choice)

Steps:

1. Preheat the oven.

2. Sieve the flour (its pronunciation is "flower" w/o "er". understand? =)).

3. Rub the flour with margarine.

4. Add sugar, choc chip (leave some for topping), egg(leave some for glazing) and milk.

5. Mix till the end product become stiff.

6. Use a cookie shape cutter and put on the baking tray.
(You may also scoop a spoonful of the dough instead of using the shape cutter)

7. Bake for 10mins.
(I bake for 20mins instead)

8. Let the cookies cool on the wire rack.

A Real Ghost Story ?Y

ytd my uncle (小姑丈）called my father out
they talked till mummy ask mi to call him back for dinner

baba was happy that he could finally 'get rid' of my uncle
muahahaXD
coz uncle was talking about a "real-life" ghost story... ...

since uncle had some business at vietnam
he met a girl there
and right now
they were cohabiting
one day while they were slping (or doing something else)
the girl was KICKED down the bed!
uncle ask why and she told him that the woman in the photo kicked her down the bed
and the photo she was pointing was my 小姑姑 who had juz passed away half year ago

my uncle also dreamt of his father
telling him that it's okay for him to find another partner
but if they want to do "that one" they have to do it elsewhere (anywhere except the master bedroom)
fyi his father photo was placed next to my aunt photo

... speechless ...
